You indicated that this account owner is no longer alive or not a member of the credit union.
The Share Insurance Estimator can only calculate the insurance coverage for account groups when all owners are living and they are members of the credit union. 
Please note if the account type is "Joint—No Beneficiaries", additional owners are not required to be members of the credit union for the funds to be insured by NCUA. 
Therefore, answer this question "Yes" for all owners of an ownership type account of "Joint—No Beneficiaries". Otherwise, if the account owner is alive and is a member of the credit union, correct your response to the question to continue or contact NCUA at 1-800-755-1030 for assistance.
