A Corporation is an incorporated business that includes both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. 
LLCs and Subchapter S businesses are also considered corporations.
 A Partnership is an association of two or more persons or entities formed to carry on, as co-owners, 
 an unincorporated business. Organizations include any association of two or more persons created for some religious, 
 educational, charitable, social or other non-commercial purpose.
