After you have submitted your complaint, you will receive an email within 24 hours that contains a ticket number and a link to the NCUA Consumer Assistance Center.
As a first-time visitor, you will be prompted to create a new account. After providing some basic contact information and providing a user name and password, you will be able to log in to check on the status of your complaint.
Typically, the complaint review process takes about 60 days. NCUA will notify you in writing if additional steps in reviewing your complaint are required.
